Para conseguir activar los trucos de Duke Nukem Forever deberemos terminar el juego en diferentes niveles de dificultad. Luego, los trucos (o galerías) podrán activarse dentro del menú de extras.

Rayo congelador de Duke Nukem 3D: Termina el juego en normal o superior.
Sonidos de Duke: Termina el juego en fácil o superior.
Ajustar velocidad del juego: Termina el juego en nivel normal o superior.
Modo en blanco y negro: Termina el juego en nivel normal o superior.
Cambiar tamaño de cabezas: Termina el juego en fácil o superior.
